The waste bank socialization will be intensified in schools that spread in Central Jakarta next week. Its existence is deemed able to teach students about environmental care, especially about waste.

"We will ask the students to bring waste that can be recycled from their own homes," said Arifin, Deputy Mayor of Central Jakarta, after meeting with school principal regarding waste bank, Thursday (12/3).

Arifin added, in the upcoming socialization, his side would involve Santa Ursula School. This is because the school has been successful in managing waste bank.

"Yesterday, I had reviewed waste bank in Santa Urusula School. Even per semester, they can produce up to Rp 18 million," he expressed.
